Fifty-two year old gentleman with coronary artery disease

Fifty-two year old gentleman with coronary artery disease who presented to the hospital with an accelerating pattern of angina pectoris. Co-morbid conditions include hyperlipidemia, hypertension, peptic ulcer disease and chronic anxiety. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included aspirin, simvastatin, cholestyramine, a multi-vitamin, metoprolol and topical nitroglycerin.
