Clinical History 25
Fifty-six year old gentleman with severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction in the setting of normal coronary arteries who is awaiting cardiac transplantation. His medications included thyroxine, furosemide, hydralazine, isosorbide dinitrate, captopril and amiodarone.
