Clinical History 53
Eighty-one year old gentleman with severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction secondary to ischemic heart disease who returns for outpatient cardiology follow-up. He is status post cardiac defibrillator placement for recurrent ventricular arrhythmias. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included ethmozine, mexiletine, isosorbide dinitrate, digoxin, metoprolol and enalapril.
