Clinical History 10
Fifty-nine year old gentleman with coronary artery disease status post remote percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty of the right coronary artery who re-presents with chest discomfort. A myocardial infarction was excluded by cardiac enzymes and a subsequent stress test was normal. The patient was felt to be suffering from non-cardiac musculoskeletal chest discomfort.
