Fifty-six year old gentleman who underwent a cardiac transplant procedure six weeks priorto this electrocardiogram secondary to an idiopathic non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy and recurrent ventricular tachycardia. His medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included digoxin.furosemide, lisinopril, potassium and aspirin.
