Clinical History 22
Forty-six year old gentleman with a myocardial infarction two years before this electrocardiogram who presented to the emergency room with a six hour history of acute severe substernal chest discomfort. The patient underwent emergent cardiac catheterization and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty of a severe proximal left anterior descending coronary artery stenosis.
