Clinical History 27
Seventy-eight year old woman with a long history of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia seen in routine cardiology follow-up. A recent echocardiogram demonstrated minimal thickening of the aortic valve but otherwise a structurally normal heart. Her medications included propranolol.
