Seventy-four year old gentleman who presents to the Neurology clinic

Clinical History 48

Seventy-four year old gentleman who presents to the Neurology clinic for evaluation of long-standing back discomfort. He has no known cardiac disease and specifically no prior myocardial infarction. Further cardiac evaluation was not pursued. His medications included potassium, ranitidine, a multi-vitamin and thyroxine.
