Clinical History 55

Seventy-nine year old gentleman admitted to the hospital for evaluation of ongoing nasal bleeding. His past medical history includes hypertension and coronary artery disease. A prior catheterization showed 'some blockage', howeverthe results are uncertain. Co-morbid conditions include hyperlipidemia and a seizure disorder. His medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included diltiazem, captopril and carbamazepine.
