Seventy-nine year old woman with known coronary artery disease

Clinical History 20

Seventy-nine year old woman with known coronary artery disease and moderately severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction who was re-referred for cardiac evaluation secondary to increasing angina pectoris. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included furosemide, metoprolol, premarin and aspirin.
