Seventy year old gentleman with a history of paroxysmal atrial arrhythmias

Clinical History 23

Seventy year old gentleman with a history of paroxysmal atrial arrhythmias who returns for cardiology follow-up. He has coronary artery disease status post a remote inferoposterior myocardial infarction. Co-morbidities include insulin requiring diabetes mellitus and dialysis requiring renal failure. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included amiodarone, topical nitroglycerin and aspirin.
