Sixty-eight year old gentleman with known coronary artery disease status post coronary artery bypass graft surgery fourteen years priorto this electrocardiogram who is admitted to the hospital with an acute onset chest discomfort syndrome and associated profound shortness of breath. Serial cardiac enzymes documented acute myocardial injury. The patient underwent successful percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stent placement to the saphenous vein graft subserving the left anterior descending coronary artery.
