Clinical History 26
Sixty-one year old gentleman with coronary artery disease and ischemic left ventricular systolic dysfunction who presents urgently to the hospital with an acute chest discomfort syndrome. His medications included potassium, isosorbide mononitrate, furosemide, glyburide, lisinopril and warfarin.
