Clinical History 11
Sixty-six year old gentleman who presented acutely to the hospital with profuse sweating, chest tightness and dyspnea. A subsequent cardiac catheterization demonstrated multi-vessel coronary artery disease and hypokinesis of the anterior wall. He was referred for successful coronary artery bypass graft surgery.
