Clinical History 44
Sixty-six year old gentleman with a several hour history of acute anterior chest discomfort who received urgent intravenous thrombolytic therapy. This electrocardiogram was obtained several hours after thrombolytic administration. The patient subsequently underwent cardiac catheterization which demonstrated moderate diffuse coronary artery disease with the exception of a large second diagonal branch of the left anterior descending coronary artery which was 100% occluded with superimposed thrombus.
