Sixty-six year old woman who presented to a local urgent care facility

Sixty-six year old woman who presented to a local urgent care facility with acute onset chest, arm, neck and jaw discomfort in the setting of dyspnea. The patient underwent a cardiac catheterization demonstrating an 80% mid left anterior descending coronary artery stenosis. Left ventricular systolic function was within normal limits. She subsequently underwent percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty without complication.
