Clinical History 13
Sixty-two year old gentleman with severe three-vessel coronary artery disease referred for coronary artery bypass graft surgery. A recent cardiac catheterization demonstrated normal left ventricular systolic function without evidence of a prior myocardial infarction. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included atenolol, gemfibrozil and folic acid.
