Eighty-seven year old gentleman with a history of gastritis and benign prostatic hypertrophy admitted to the hospital with acute onset abdominal pain. The patient subsequently underwent an exploratory laparotomy for a small bowel obstruction. His past medical history is notable for a myocardial infarction twenty-six years priorto this electrocardiogram.
