Eighty year old gentleman with severe aortic stenosis who is awaiting aortic valve surgery. A recent echocardiogram demonstrated normal left ventricular systolic function without evidence of a prior myocardial infarction. His medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included fosinopril, aspirin and a multi-vitamin.
