Clinical History 136
Fifty-eight year old woman who is being evaluated preoperatively prior to a bilateral mastectomy for cancer of the breast. Her cardiac history includes a normal cardiac catheterization prompted by a chest discomfort syndrome two years before this electrocardiogram. There is no clinical history of palpitations, pre-syncope or a prior myocardial infarction.
