Fifty-nine year old gentleman status post cardiac transplantation three years priorto this electrocardiogram secondary to severe ischemic left ventricular systolic dysfunction who is now seen in the cardiology outpatient clinic. He overall feels well without symptoms of congestive heart failure. His medications include prednisone, azathioprine, labetalol, diltiazem, minoxidil, glyburide and famotidine.
