Clinical History 189
Fifty-nine year old woman who presented with a chest discomfort syndrome and the above electrocardiogram. She subsequently underwent cardiac catheterization demonstrating normal coronary arteries and global mild left ventricular systolic dysfunction. Neurology was consulted forthe possibility of a subarachnoid hemorrhage and this was excluded. Her past medical history includes hypertension.
