Clinical History 100
Fifty-nine year old woman with recurrent ventricular tachycardia in the setting of normal coronary arteries documented by cardiac catheterization. Echocardiography demonstrated moderate left ventricular systolic dysfunction and severe right ventricular systolic dysfunction suggesting a non-ischemic cardiomyopathy. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included thyroxine, enalapril and aspirin.
