Clinical History 97

Fifty-one year old gentleman with rheumatic heart disease status post aortic and mitral valve reparative surgery who represents with anemia and laboratory studies consistent with hemolysis. A repeat echocardiogram demonstrated severe aortic and mitral insufficiency and the patient was referred for repeat cardiac surgery.
