Fifty-one year old gentleman with dialysis requiring renal failure and a recent positive stress echocardiogram referred for a cardiac catheterization. The cardiac catheterization demonstrated multi-vessel coronary artery obstructive disease. No left ventriculogram was performed secondary to the patient's history of renal failure.
