Clinical History 133
Fifty-seven year old woman hospitalized with advanced congestive heart failure requiring intubation in the setting of severe aortic and mitral insufficiency. She underwent successful St. Jude mitral and aortic valve replacements. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included furosemide, enalapril, topical nitroglycerin, potassium and digoxin.
