Clinical History 202
Fifty-six year old gentleman status post a remote inferior myocardial infarction and subsequent percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty of a dominant right coronary artery who returns for follow-up cardiac evaluation. At the time of this electrocardiogram the patient felt well without recurrent angina pectoris. His medications included propranolol and aspirin.
