Fifty-six year old gentleman with severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction

Clinical History 103

Fifty-six year old gentleman with severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction, mild coronary artery disease and a suspected nonischemic cardiomyopathy accepted in transfer from an outside hospital for management of both recurrent atrial and ventricular dysrhythmias. His medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included furosemide, captopril, potassium, digoxin and lidocaine.
