Clinical History 181
Fifty year old gentleman who presented to the emergency room two hours after severe chest discomfort onset. The accompanying electrocardiogram was obtained and a cardiac catheterization transpired shortly thereafter demonstrating a subtotal mid right coronary artery stenosis with superimposed thrombus. A successful stent was placed to the mid right coronary artery.
