Clinical History 190
Fifty year old gentleman with a history of a prior anterior myocardial infarction and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty to his left anterior descending coronary artery who re-presents with an acute chest discomfort syndrome and the accompanying electrocardiogram. Co-morbid conditions include diabetes mellitus, hypertension and chronic renal insufficiency. His medications included furosemide, metoprolol, topical nitroglycerin, hydralazine, insulin and aspirin.
