Forty-five year old woman with valvular heart disease who is recently status post mitral valve reparative surgery for mitral insufficiency and a septal myectomy for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy. Her medications included metoprolol, furosemide, warfarin and atorvastatin.
