Forty-seven year old gentleman with coronary artery disease status post an inferior myocardial infarction two years priorto this electrocardiogram. He subsequently underwent four-vessel coronary artery bypass graft surgery. He is now admitted to the hospital for evaluation of recent onset non-sustained ventricular tachycardia.
