Forty-seven year old woman with dialysis requiring renal failure secondary to long-standing hypertension who presented to the hospital with recent onset shortness of breath. At the time of this electrocardiogram her serum calcium was 7.2 mg/dl and her serum potassium was 6.4 meq/L
