Forty year old woman with primary pulmonary hypertension and severe right ventricular systolic dysfunction admitted for further evaluation and treatment of worsening right-sided congestive heart failure. Her medications included warfarin, nifedipine, furosemide, potassium and inhaled bronchodilators.
