Clinical History 64

Seventy-eight year old woman with a history of hypertension and insulin requiring diabetes mellitus who is admitted to the hospital with acute onset shortness of breath and a chest X-ray confirming the presence of congestive heart failure. Her past history includes a renal carcinoma resection. Her medications included furosemide, diltiazem, aspirin, metoprolol, isosorbide dinitrate, hydralazine and insulin.
