Seventy-four year old gentleman who presents to the hospital with sudden onset anterior chest discomfort and the accompanying electrocardiogram. An urgent cardiac catheterization was followed by a percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty to the right coronary artery as acute thrombus was present. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included intravenous heparin, intravenous nitroglycerin, aspirin and metoprolol.
