Clinical History 176
Seventy-four year old woman who is being seen in the breast clinic. Her past medical history includes hypertension, atrial fibrillation and mitral valve prolapse. Her medications included propafenone, triamterene/hydrochlorothiazide and atenolol. Her serum electrolytes were normal at the time of this electrocardiogram.
