Clinical History 160

Seventy-four year old woman with a history of severe coronary artery obstructive disease status post coronary artery stenting and remote mechanical aortic valve replacement who is admitted to the hospital with signs and symptoms of congestive heart failure. Her past history includes rheumatic mitral and aortic valvular heart disease. Her medications included diltiazem, furosemide, potassium, atenolol and aspirin.
