Seventy-one year old gentleman with a two week history of jaundice who presents for further evaluation. The patient's cardiac history includes a remote myocardial infarction and coronary artery bypass graft surgery five years priorto this electrocardiogram. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included verapamil and aspirin.
