Seventy-one year old woman status post a myocardial infarction twenty-five years prior to this electrocardiogram who presents with acute onset chest discomfort. Co-morbidities include tobacco use, primary hyperthyroidism and long-standing hypertension. Serial cardiac enzyme analysis confirmed acute myocardial injury.
