Seventy-seven year old woman who was accepted in hospital transfer after suffering an acute inferior myocardial infarction ten days priorto this electrocardiogram. Co-morbidities include hypertension and a prior cerebral aneurysm repair. Her medications included nifedipine, triamterene/hydrochlorothiazide and aspirin.
