Seventy-six year old gentleman with coronary artery disease who is status post a remote myocardial infarction twenty years priorto this electrocardiogram, location unknown. He returns for a follow-up cardiac evaluation. His interval cardiac history includes coronary artery bypass graft surgery on two separate occasions, the most recent three years priorto this electrocardiogram.
