Clinical History 205
Seventy-three year old gentleman who is being seen in the cardiology outpatient clinic at the time of this electrocardiogram. His past cardiac history includes severe global left ventricular systolic dysfunction, severe mitral insufficiency and mild tricuspid insufficiency in the setting of mild coronary artery disease. Co-morbid conditions include chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included enalapril, digoxin, furosemide and amiodarone.
