Seventy year old gentleman status post remote coronary artery bypass graft surgery and a prior myocardial infarction, location unknown, who is now being seen preoperatively prior to anticipated knee replacement surgery. The patient is currently asymptomatic. His cardiac medications included metoprolol and aspirin.
