Clinical History 197
Seventy year old gentleman undergoing preoperative evaluation priorto planned bilateral total knee replacement. He has no known cardiac disease. Co-morbid conditions include severe debilitating rheumatoid arthritis requiring chronic steroid therapy, glucose intolerance and restrictive lung disease. Medications at the time of this electrocardiogram included prednisone and thyroxine.
