Clinical History 132
Seventy year old gentleman who presented to the emergency room with a two day history of chest pressure, nausea and vomiting. Serial serum cardiac enzyme analysis demonstrated evidence of acute myocardial injury. A cardiac catheterization demonstrated a 100% stenosis of the left anterior descending coronary artery and a 50% stenosis of the right coronary artery.
