Sixty-eight year old gentleman with a history of coronary artery disease status post coronary artery bypass graft surgery four years prior to this electrocardiogram who presents with a one hour history of acute chest discomfort. The patient was stabilized with intravenous nitroglycerin and intravenous heparin.
