Clinical History 63
Sixty-eight year old gentleman with a history of coronary artery disease status post coronary artery bypass graft surgery four years prior to this electrocardiogram. The patient underwent an urgent cardiac catheterization demonstrating a subtotal occlusion of the saphenous vein graft supplying the left anterior descending coronary artery. Successful percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty with stent placement transpired.
