Clinical History 99
Sixty-five year old gentleman admitted to the hospital for evaluation of acute renal failure in the setting of Wegener's granulomatosis. His past medical history includes paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and hypertension. His medications included prednisone, omeprazole, cyclophosphamide, verapamil and bumetanide.
