Sixty-five year old gentleman with advanced coronary artery disease and resultant severe left ventricular systolic dysfunction who is awaiting cardiac transplantation. This electrocardiogram was obtained while the patient was fully conscious and dependent on a left ventricular assist device. The patient underwent successful cardiac transplantation surgery.
